What is in the kit?

Each second month we send out a box full of supplies which will give you everything you need to learn a new skill and create any number of finished pieces. Every new kit focusses on a different area of creativity. As well as including the physical materials you will receive an online course to teach you all the beginner skills right through to practical outcomes.

We also include an online community to share inspiration, ideas and creations with each other. It’s so much more than what’s in a box. It’s a new way of exploring your individual creativity.


How Do I Sign Up?

We have two different ways to sign up to We Make Collective that we hope are accessible to a range of budgets. Our whole package including materials kits, online tutorials and community


Payment Details

We take all payments securely through Paypal and Paypal Subscriptions. We do not handle any of your payments directly or have access to your bank details.


How long do I have to subscribe for?

You can unsubscribe at anytime! Each payment will be taken every two months from the day of the month you sign up. So if you signed up on the 15th of November the next payment will be taken on the 15th of January. Please cancel the subscription more than 24 hours prior to your payment date. You can find this by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Paypal account
  2. Go to your profile settings using the profile button on the top, right hand side.
  3. Click “My Money” from the options on the left.
  4. Find “My pre-approved payments” from the list and click the “Update” button.
  5. From here you will find a list of your Paypal Subscriptions. Click on We Make Collective and next to status click “Cancel”.

This will cancel your subscription. Alternatively email me hello@wemakecollective.com and I can do it for you!


How do I close my subscription?

If you would like to unsubscribe that’s fine! We’re still friends. You can unsubscribe easily by follow the instructions above or just email me and I can cancel payment. Make sure you unsubscribe or email me 24 hours before payment is due. You can check this following the instructions above and on the last page find “Initiated Date” which will tell you the date you will be billed.

Where Do You Ship To?

We post our kits Internationally using Royal Mail from Birmingham, UK. If you choose to subscribe to our monthly kit service we provide free worldwide shipping! We charge £5 GBP for one off kit purchases.

We also offer a tracked and signed service for an optional extra fee of £5. If you would like to use this service please get in touch to arrange.


How Much does shipping cost?

SHIPPING IS FREE for our subscribers! If you choose to buy a one off kit then there is a charge of £5 for shipping. You can also add an optional track and sign service for £5 extra.


When will my kit be sent?

We send out a new kit every two months falling on the even months of the year. For a more exact date Countdown to our posting deadline with us here!


How do I access the tutorials?

Within your kit you will receive the password to the tutorials, collective inspiration and sharing pages. If you haven’t received you password then email us at hello@wemakecollective.com and we’ll send one your way.

If you have purchased just the tutorials then we will email you with the password at the same time as we send out the kits.


I haven’t received my kit yet! Where is it?

Because we post out worldwide it can take up to 21 days to receive you kit! Hopefully it won’t take anywhere near that amount of time, but if you do feel like your kit has got lost then let us know by emailing hello@wemakecollective.com so we can investigate straight away!


Returns Policy

Due to the surprise nature of our themed kits we cannot refund non-faulty goods. We take great pride in our packaging and aim to deliver you a premier experience. In the unlikely occasion that your order arrives damaged or missing items, please email us at hello@wemakecollective.com. We will fix any mess-ups immediately.

Our kits are custom made and uniquely packaged. We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.

We aim to process all returns within ten days. If you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact us at hello@wemakecollective.com
